What’s the recommended booking time in advance?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation. You can secure your date with a $25 USD deposit.
What’s the policy in case of rain or bad weather?
We keep a close eye on the weather. If rain or strong winds are expected, you can reschedule at no extra cost or we’ll adjust the setup to a sheltered alternative location, depending on availability.
Where do the picnics take place?
All of our setups are held at Club Campestre beach or Palmas beach, a beautiful beach in San José del Cabo.
What’s included in each picnic?
All our packages include full setup, themed décor, food, drinks, and comfort items. Each package has specific details, and you can also customize your experience with extras like photography, live music, or activities such as beach painting.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks or drinks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring something special if you’d like—just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the setup accordingly. For packages that include food, there’s no need to bring anything extra.
Do you offer options for special diets?
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and other dietary options, Just let us know your preferences when making your reservation.
Can we arrange a proposal as part of the experience?
Absolutely! We love being part of unforgettable moments. We offer special proposal packages that include details like petals, music, a photographer, and personalized coordination.
What if I’m running late?
We offer a courtesy grace period, but we recommend arriving on time to fully enjoy the experience. If you arrive very late, it may affect the duration of your picnic.
Is it okay to bring children and pets?
Some experiences can be adapted to include young children or well-behaved pets, depending on the beach or location. Contact us to create a family-friendly experience.
How do I pay, and what is your cancellation policy?
A $25 USD deposit is required to secure your date. This can be paid via PayPal or credit card. The remaining balance is due one day before the event. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
